Who we are

Footcore is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are a brand that designs and manufactures footcare products; we do not operate any premises open to the public.

Postal address: Footcore, PO Box 2520, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 1BD, United Kingdom.

We do not yet publish a contact email. The best way to reach us is the contact form on this site, or by post at the address above.

What data we collect

This is a static brochure website. We only collect personal data in two ways:

  • Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. These are sent to us by our form service, Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which delivers the message straight to Footcore’s inbox.
  • Server access logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, automatically records standard server access logs (such as IP address and request details) as part of running the site.

We also use cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

  • Replying to your enquiry. We use the details you submit through the contact form to respond to you. Our legal basis is legitimate interest: replying to enquiries sent to us.
  • Analytics. Where you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep your data

  • Contact form enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Analytics data is kept according to Google’s standard 14-month retention setting.
  • Server access logs are held by Hostinger as part of their standard hosting service.

Sharing your data

We share contact form data with Web3Forms solely so that your message can be delivered to us. We share analytics data with Google in an anonymised form, and only if you consent to analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes server access logs on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Our site links to third-party retailers who stock our products. Those retailers have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before sharing any information with them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, and under EU GDPR if you are visiting from the EU or EEA, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • ask us to delete your data
  • ask us to restrict how we use your data
  • object to how we use your data
  • ask for your data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the contact form on this site or by post.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or, if you are in the EU or EEA, to your local supervisory authority, such as IMY in Sweden or Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto in Finland.

Children

This website is not aimed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. This version was last updated in September 2026.
